房间太差，从没住过这么差的，比快捷酒店都不如，被子和枕头一股霉味，洗澡水也不热，房间进去一股味道，反正是再也不会订这里了

据后来了解，本来订的房间是新楼的大床房，不知道什么原因第一天前台给我安排到的老楼，一股霉味，设施陈旧，床单上还有血渍。感觉和介绍不一致，和前台交涉后，换到了新楼，房间很小，设施还行。酒店出行方便。希望以后顾客订的房间是什么就安排什么，不要想着网上订的就可以忽悠。

优点：酒店地理位置好，交通方便，楼下有公交站台，乘坐1路可直达鼋头渚；离滨湖商业街只有两站路距离。
缺点：酒店设施较为陈旧，去的时候是五一，主楼客服已满，被安排在副楼6号楼，副楼靠酒店后门，酒店后门有条小巷子，而且酒店电梯无需刷卡即可乘坐，非酒店人员进出很容易，感觉不太安全。
适合双人或多人出行，酒店预算有限的游客入住。

给家人开的，离家近。客房走廊等大环境让人感到舒畅，房间也宽敞，设施虽然有点陈旧但影响不大。房价合适，值得入住，下次还来。
