非常不错的酒店，位置也不算很偏，门口到火车站，到崇安寺都有直达的公交车，我们住的家庭套房很大，睡4的人都绰绰有余，可能因为G20峰会的召开，酒店的工作人员都十分紧张，但在服务上却表现不出他们的紧张，反而十分热情他们在查房时，用语礼貌，给人一种温馨的感觉，在酒店的大堂内的一角，酒店还把从酒店到各个主要景点的交通线路都列出来，并打印在纸上，方便客人去拿。酒店的早餐品种虽不对，但味道不错，如果下次来无锡的话，我肯定毫不犹豫的选这家酒店

总体来说酒店还服务还是挺好的 就是地理位置有点尴尬 附近没有什么小吃街什么的 有点吃亏 设施相对来说还是可以的 由于是3月入住 可能不是旺季 所以人不是很多 但是优点就是蛮清净的 附近也是能叫到外卖之类的 以后去无锡还是会优先考虑入住的
