晚上到无锡，直接打车去的酒店。出租车司机态度很不好。让我心情不是很愉快！到前台说明是艺龙网预定的，也遇到了一点阻碍。说说酒店，老牌酒店的经营模式，还在用手写录入旅客信息，但是环境和服务都中规中矩。喜欢卫生间的雨洒！离万达广场很近，但是周边在修地铁，不太好找！总结，没有期待中那么好，也没有找到很不好的地方！

地理位置不错，靠近万达广场，晚上跟朋友去那边吃晚饭，逛一逛挺方便的。我住的标准间，房间挺大挺整洁的，不错~

维多利亚酒店所在地很安静，有欧式氛围，旁边离万达广场很近，坐公共汽车去鼋头渚也非常顺路（酒店提供80元团购价鼋头渚游，比标准门票便宜25元），房间内部也布局合理，大床很大很舒服，唯一的缺点是地毯略旧，下次来无锡还会住这里

酒店接近市中心，离太湖风景区也很近。酒店很干净，设备很新，住进去有一种家的感觉，感到很舒适。停车位很宽裕，旅馆和停车场全是封闭的（有自己的院子），很安全。服务员态度好，很热情。总之，物有所值。如果说优缺点的话，那就是旅馆门外是地铁工地的堆料场，虽然不吵，但是把旅馆挡住了，有点不那么好找。
