比想像中的要好很多，前台及楼面服务员的态度很不错，环境很高档，性价比一流，离万达广场很近，走路也就是十分钟左右，下次再去无锡，一定再入住这酒店。

房间的插座太少，才2个，一个电脑，一个手机，其它的没地方插了，去服务台借脱线板，尽然没有，另外房间内连个纸巾也没有有点不方便，但总体而言还不错。

总台服务态度蛮好的，住着也还好。就是在修路，好难找。我们花了一个小时找这个酒店。沿着滨湖大道，每条路都不通。
