近梅园，是地铁最后一站，位置往鼋头渚出租廿十元.在一家硏究所后院，晚上到，看不見山庄门牌，要致电再问才敢進入.房间面積夠大，但不觉得適合孩子.

服务员态度很冷漠，旅客有不懂的，询问她也不理睬，说不懂就要求旅客退订房间，让人很伤心。出差这么多年第一次遇到这么牛的服务员，酒店老板要是知道她这样做，估计想死的心都有了。为酒店前途堪忧！

酒店环境还是不错的，交通也方便，早餐在附近一个名叫大耳朵的餐馆解决，晚餐在和记菜馆解决，价格比较实惠，味道也不错。酒店正如别的客人所说地毯不是很好，总体，还是过得去。好评!

看了点评后决定就住这家，结果大失所望，设施简陋，没有纸巾，没有吹风机，要自己去前台借还吹风机，服务员态度傲慢，一副爱理不理的样子，不知道那些好评是如何得来的？与所谓的高档型酒店完全不匹配😥😥
