怎么让我评价呢！我老公带他爸妈出去玩，我给定的酒店，结果到了后前台说现场订比网上订还便宜50元，我老公就想网上订，结果人家不给，说网上订过了就不给现场订，弄的我心情超不爽……出去游玩一直在同程下的单，就是图的方便还实惠！还没碰到过类似的事情，希望以后不要再碰上类似的事情发生……

房间不提供吹风机，要求拿房卡押到前台可借，既然如此为什么不在前台放个告知牌，或者房间放个也行啊，简直浪费客人时间啊，房间又离前台非常远。前台态度也不怎么样。

酒店环境还算不错，最主要很安静！停车也很方便！室内设施略显陈旧！离无锡个个景点比较近，如果是旅游去无锡的可以考虑！其实离市区也是蛮近的！同程订房非常方便，一如既往的信赖同程！
