酒店地理位置不错，闹中取静，在设施上，虽然挂五星，但也就够个三星的标准，早餐极其普通，小孩1米以上就要收半价38元，不够人性化，而且值得一提的是早餐时间太短，从7点到9点，早上去做了个6点40的竹筏漂流，回来就没早饭了，哎。

住过最差的酒店，卫生间的灯是坏的，浴缸的塞子是坏的，就连烧水的壶，里面也是生锈的，没错，是里面是生锈的，这是准备给客户用的吗，房间里还有蟑螂，太恶心了，好意思说自己是五星酒店吗 。服务更差，水壶脏的不能用，打给前台，前台让找客房中心，打给客房中心，等了半个小时了，也没给换，已经快十点半了，还让人睡觉嘛。

酒店位于度假区环境优雅，温馨小单间也非常不错，而且前台服务好、比较人性化，我们是早上8点到的，酒店有空房就先安排房间，位置去景区、火车站都很方便的，酒店比较大，环境也比较好，周边很多吃饭的地方，还有超市，服务人员态度好。总之不错啦，离店的时候付送了小袋礼品茶大红袍。下次还来。

位置特别好，周边有小商业街，吃饭买物品都很方便，出门不远处就有6路公交车站，去武夷山景区南门就4站地，仅1元钱（而且这车也到机场呢）。酒店可以免费接送机，特别好！酒店设施虽然略显旧，但干净，服务也很亲切。酒店一层院外的小花园很精致很温馨。很不错的入住体验，要是能延时退房就更好了。酒店的早餐希望能够适当变换一些品种，三天吃同样的食品也是有点审美疲劳了。好在商业街上还是有不少实惠的大排档，位置好是很重要的。
