酒店环境很好，在靠近山下，安静，房间配套设施齐，而且
😜宽广客服的态度不错，帮忙安排了早上早醒服务跟叫车服务，酒店的早餐口味多合适大众！下回带家人来还会在预订的！

酒店位于度假区环境优雅，房间也非常不错，而且前台服务好、比较人性化，我们是早上8点到的，酒店有空房就先安排房间，位置去景区、火车站都很方便的，酒店比较大，环境也比较好，周边很多吃饭的地方，还有超市，服务人员态度好。总之不错啦，离店的时候付送了小袋礼品茶大红袍。下次还来。

第一次碰上如此“5星”，房间墙壁霉斑，设施陈旧似招待所，晚上洗好澡居然停电了，还好洗好了，不然真尴尬，停电时高级房的人出来聊天，怨声连连，说好的泳池啥的设施都没有，真的对不住这星级。除了早餐还有点吃的，真的不推荐！
