房间干净卫生，环境优雅，服务周到，设施齐全，到店时晚上已八点多钟，店家还给留着房间，而且店家给我免费由特价房升级为标准房。值得推荐

挺好的宾馆，在朱子步行街口，门口就是公交车站。楼下有小吃街。前台也很热情。房间是有味道，不过只是床头有味道，倒过来睡就闻不到了。设施都很新很干净。住的时候赶上下雨，由于窗是老式的装修风格会进点点雨水不过完全不影响。挺好的，推荐

首先说一下这家店的好处：近朱子步行街，有很多商店、超市、银行等，灰常方便，东西也便宜，应有尽有；老板人很好，帮忙解决很多问题，包车、住宿等，很热心很友善，给点个赞哈！这个位置比较适合玩遍整个婺源，因为位于中心，而且非常适合包车，自己搭车得转车。
缺点：房间有味道，应该是壁纸和床头木板的味道，可能得放个大半年吧，还有就是楼下就是广场，早上6点半开始广场舞，晚上也有，但是如果你起的够早就不会影响到，值得一说的是隔音效果不好，隔壁半夜唱歌听得很清楚，不过这个是可以协调的。
对了，个人觉得双人间两张床比较适合两个人睡，三、四个人的话，两人睡一张有点挤，床没图片上面的大。o(╯□╰)o
总之，这次旅行很开心，很欢乐。感谢花海徽楼啦~
