环境、位置都是很好的，但真心觉得自己不是去了五星级酒店，服务水准真的不会让人感觉是五星级酒店的标准， 别人说，五星级酒店住的是服务水平和环境。 有了环境，但缺了好的管理。 我帮别人定的酒店，最后押金没退，也没有电话通知。隔了一段时间，自己想起来，现在真不知道怎么办好了。
