酒店非常好！通过艺龙定的房，反而艺龙的服务非常差！换个日期住，跟酒店沟通，酒店立马说没问题让我跟艺龙说下就行！艺龙说不可以，付的钱也不能退！要住就从新定从新给钱！坑钱啊？？？说供应商不答应？？一边拿另一个手机跟酒店说，酒店非常客气说可以的，一边跟艺龙说，艺龙就是不行，打投诉，那个小姐更牛*：先生，你不用打了，再打也是打到我这，你这个订单我们就这样处理了！我说：没有比你更高一级的投诉了吗？那小姐回了一句：没用的，电话就只能到我这，你找不到的！！你这订单就这样处理了！请问有为消费者考虑吗？？？在艺龙定房定票快十年了！！艺龙做大了？***！差一个客人也无所谓了！！这样的公司，还有十年，二十年……希望你能好好滴！
