前台服务超差！！！在网上下好单，订单已经确认，没有超过预约时间到店，告知我没有房，第一说法就是让我离店。原因是我没有在线支付，可是网上有到店付的选项，我如何选择是我的权利，说房间排给其他人了！那么如果你没有房间的话就不要确认我的订单，或者在我到店前早早告知我没有房，而不是我到店以后让我离开！！！甚至要求我自己加钱住套房，或者给我一个单人房！我和我哥哥一起入住的，居然说换一间大单给我！难道你们不觉得害臊吗？！？！而且也是你们酒店的问题，凭什么要我加钱？！最后在我的坚持下，前台才打电话给领导，还说我在大堂吵闹！我在吵闹？！我是和你们理论好吗？最后才同意升级房间。以前住过的任何酒店，都是前台主动帮客人升级房间，恭恭敬敬，客客气气的！就你们了不起！赶客人！反正永远不会再选择！然后也没有给我们早餐券！！没有享受到我们本可以享受的待遇！永远不会再住这家酒店！！！

除了地理位置偏僻了一点，其他服务还是很好的。基本设施也不错，淋浴和浴缸具备，且是分开的两个空间。卫生间还是很宽敞的。不足的地方是没有地方晾衣服。不过电脑偏旧，时不时死机了一下。

卫生一般，淋浴的花洒头会掉的……早餐只有粥、炒粉、馒头、煮鸡蛋，吃过的品种最少的酒店早餐……总之性价比不高
