点了酒店的外卖，一个海虾，纸包鸡，青菜，结果送上来虾是冷的，加收百分15服务费就算了，几个饭盒还收2元一个，订餐的时候并没有说清楚，然后回电过去前台问虾怎么是冷的，结果她笑了笑说，先做的虾，后面才做其它菜肯定冷了！，！这种服务态度，一万个差评。
