住了这么多酒店，这是最差的一次！去西安旅游，选的这里！之前就看评价，说前台态度不好，但是没想太多。结果事实让人震惊，办事效率之慢，一个多小时才办理好入住，办理入住时出现多重问题，于是前台找他们大堂经理，那经理不会说人话，从开始就态度不端正，一副他不好惹的样子，说话语气之强硬令人发指！没有职业道德，没有素质！给你们西安人丢尽了脸！影响游客心情！我会投诉你们的！！

1.隔音效果实在太差，感觉随时都有人进来。
2.门锁全是旧的，各种松烂，特别不安全，一去就坏了。
3.酒店效率实在太垃圾，太让人伤心
4.酒店楼道特别臭，电梯门口各种堆积物。
