酒店位置不错，位于西安市中心了，钟楼-骡马市都在附近几步路。
酒店装修不错，东西都是新的。地毯很厚，踩在上面很舒爽。电视是40多寸的平板液晶，房间里有电脑上网，还有免费wifi。
缺点就是房间里没有密码保险柜，手纸质量比较差。

选择凯宏的几点感受：
1、位置好。紧靠骡马市步行街，酒店对面是沃尔玛，一溜儿小餐厅几步之遥；步行5分钟到书院门，可以买到价格便宜的西安特色纪念品；10分钟能到古城墙入口，15分钟可以步行到鼓楼那边的回民街；
2、房间大，干净清爽，设施较完善；唯一尴尬的是10岁的女儿追问床头、卫生间里的那些盒子里装的是什么，呵呵呵。

此酒店管理极为混乱，员工未经培训就上岗 入住时衣柜里的衣架我没有点数 退房时硬是要赔偿 国内外住过这么多酒店此是第一次碰上 刷完房费银行卡居然不还给我 经过一夜直到退房也没还 搞到后来从机场赶回来取

酒店是新的，所以设施都很新，很好，房间也很大。不过价格好象稍稍贵些，可能处于中心区的缘故吧。还是值得再住的。
