设施服务都很好，性价比很高！位置离钟楼鼓楼非常近，出行方便，几百米外就是各路公交车还有地铁。唯一的缺点是因为是新装修的所以家具还有味道，过段时间入住更舒服些。（注：比钟楼饭店好多了，那个酒店房间旧、脏！）

西安凯宏大酒店是一间新开没有多久的酒店，房间配套不齐全，我们订四间房，有的没电话，有的没电脑，但房间还算比较大，吃饭、购物放便，还算可以吧。

大堂在5楼，信用卡不能刷预授权，每天都要结次帐，非常不方便，需改进。洗手间卫生纸质量太差，建议换点质量好的，中央空调制冷效果很差，热。新装修，气味较大。地理位置还不错，客房面积较大，周边吃的很多，距离沃尔玛50米。
