去的那天碰上的前台的服务小姐真是一根筋。看起来年纪也不小了，可是完全没有工作经验的样子。我们定的是双床的，被告知没有了。明明有1.8米的大床，却说成只有1.5米的~后来还是一个年轻的小伙子比较有经验，马上说大床是1.8米，你们看看能不能住，便带我们去看房间。作为客人我还没有抱怨，她抱怨受不了了！大过年的真是气人。
