酒店设施很新，儿子超级喜欢大堂和旋转楼梯，回来了还对这酒店念念不忘。服务不错，我们到的时候给免费升级的行政商务大床房，超级宽敞舒适，可见这家酒店对艺龙的客人没有任何歧视，心里很舒服。美中不足的是，酒店前面的道路在修建地铁，非常乱。酒店的地下停车场很狭窄，很不好停车，好在保安引导服务到位，还主动帮我们提行李搬东西，很好。

酒店位置不错，离回民街和碑林都不远，只是现在西安在修地铁，交通很拥堵。

没wifi，其他都很不错，交房出现的小插曲，处理的不错。建议入住前，检查下酒店东西是否被开封。
