不足：1.住的房间窗户是开在过道上的，不开灯的话是看不到白天黑夜的，2.床单太久全部起毛球，摸上去是很粗糙很粗糙的，被子上有个破洞还有毛发，3.退房时间是12点，不象其它酒店还比较人性化，4.服务员态度我只想说还凑活。优点：空调很好，房间很大，热水不错。
