西安凯宾酒店装修年头多了，显得比较旧，但客房面积相对大一些，酒店与其他公司办公室混在一起，觉得不方便；交通相对方便，离公交车站较近去哪都方便，去回民街步行需15分钟。

装修环境一般，无光线，但比较安静，只能适宜晚上休息。早餐花样少，只能吃饱，不能吃好。酒店同楼层还有其他办公场所，所以没有安全感。

我真不知道怎么说才好啊，同程网的验客怎么这样好的评价这个酒店，还给发了奖金，我是太不理解了，即便是人的消费水平不一样，但也不至于差这么多，只有一个讲对了房子大，但这不是好宾馆的评价标准。真的太差了，我本来订了三个晚上的豪华标间A，住了一宿就退了，影响整个心情，总觉得要是不退的话，接下来没心情玩了啊。br差的地方太多，简单说几条：br1.房子不是正规宾馆，一定是房地产开发的，又卖不出去，上边还有办公的，房间分布太乱的，没方向感的人一定会迷路的。br2.房间差得不得了，拖鞋是过去那种小宾馆的红、蓝鞋。没有一次性的，太不卫生了。卫生间下水都是裸露在外边，我们都不敢洗澡。br3.衣柜里没有挂的杆子，那根本没有衣柜的作用。br4.墙纸都是破的。br反正真是这辈子住过最差的，我第二天就换到美仑酒店了。
