酒店硬件设施很新，特别是房间很大，采光很好。硬件条件上没什么可挑剔的。但第二天发生了很不愉快的事情，在办理续住时碰到了一个态度很恶劣的前台。向经理反应情况，经理态度很好于是决定不换了。还有特别要提的是，前台宋红梅人很好，接下几天续住时都主动送了早餐券，也可以看出诚意。接下去住的都很愉快，一住就住了二十几天。最初我是打算全1星差评的，现在我要主动给酒店五星好评。因为不能一个人的错误否定一整个团队。也在此感谢两位女士的良好服务。
