第一次到西安，大堂管家部的小孙看我们一家上有老下有小，非常热情地帮助我们办理入住手续，不厌其烦地解答各种问题，介绍西安市的地理和景点分布，让我们体会到了西安人的热情友善，留下了对西安美好的回忆。以后如果有机会再来西安一定还住这里
PS：酒店很新，周边环境也不错，尤其是早餐挺好，现煮的米线和馄饨特别好吃

服务差评！！！绝对的差评！卫生间有霉味，房间空调到晚上就给关了，老人孩子都没休息好。早餐少的可怜，还没有快捷的早餐种类多。我们三个人取了三个鸡蛋，服务员拉着个脸过来说小朋友不要拿这么多，能吃的了吗？难道不能装一个餐盘里吗？最后退房服务员让我们好评，我就怀疑评论的真实性了。对了，前台、餐厅都是这一个服务员，叫杨静。差评！

酒店所处的位置离地铁口十分钟，西安市内的景点都在这条线上，而且，地铁还连通西安高铁北站，交通便利。房间整体面积不大，性价比尚可。有台大屏幕电视，床头可以播放背景音乐。
