酒店服务很差，定了二天，第一天入住后停电，早上起来没电没水忍了，走的时候问不来电记得提前通知，晚上9点到酒店去告诉我要11点以后可能会来电，听不懂话吗，这服务还做什么服务业

垃圾，晚上一点停电，到早上8老板没给任何回话。别人都要求退钱，只让留了个电话，随后通知处理结果，到下午打电话去退房的时候，就没有人了，就留了个前台。
