这次入住很不满意，之前入住遗留苹果充电器，离店后前台电话联系说放前台了，一周左右再次入住，想着顺便把充电器一拿，这次入住时尽然说没有，入住后再次询问说回复，直到离店，前台答应的回复尽然无任何回复，这次刚入住浴室就成水帘洞了

酒店设施在同类型酒店中算是不错的 但是环境实在是太吵了 特别不适合睡眠比较浅的人 住的22楼还可以听见楼下汽车鸣笛声 可能是周末的原因 不知旁边办什么活动 特别吵 百叶窗不能全部遮光 对于睡眠环境要求高一些的人 可能也是个问题 别的都很ok 服务也很好

差、差、差！电梯有极大的安全隐患。两次出入电梯都差点绊倒，电梯平层时有10多公分的台阶。安全是第一位的，这个安全都没保障，这酒店还是关门的好！！！

酒店不错，前台热情周到，服务特别好。带孩子入住，还多送了早餐券。周边环境相对比较安静，去火车站和回民街也不远，打车20元左右。

美豪酒店，家的感觉！服务态度很好，非常热情，三点退房无押金，体验非常棒！特别感谢美女张娜的服务。早餐丰富但是味道一般，特别是陕西特色小吃面皮太难吃了，怀疑遇到假的了！
