#ud83d#udd25#ud83d#udd25#ud83d#udd25房间里有两只苍蝇。实在影响品质！#ud83d#udd25#ud83d#udd25#ud83d#udd25房间其他都很好，床也比较舒适。卫浴用品也都很好。这点值得肯定#ud83d#udc4f#ud83d#udc4f#ud83d#udc4f。前台服务太差，入住和离店都有不愉快体验。1、入住办错房间，取没取消订单都弄不明白，不仅携程上付了房费，又在前台刷了房费，被朋友质疑前台才知道弄错了。退了现场交付的房费，关于这种严重错误前台的答复是因为厨房下班了，所以不赠送果盘表示歉意。2、离店开发票，退两间房，其中一间用过礼品卡，房费较低，两个前台就研究起来了，怎么出现这个价格，要求我出示订房订单。对于业务流程如此不熟悉！最终确认没问题开了发票，就给开了一间，又质疑少一间房的发票，才再开一张。真是无语#ud83d#ude13
