我是从艺龙网上提前一天预定的，结果到前台，艺龙网还没有与该宾馆联系，幸亏前台接待员看了我的预定短信灵活处理，才使我能够入住。宾馆工作人员服务态度好，入住舒适，美中不足的是早餐没有以前花样多了。

酒店临近长庆油田，出门办事很方便。内部设施齐全、干净卫生、服务态度较好。房间里有无线，电视是智能的，可以上网。二楼可以点餐，菜的价格适中，味道不错。一楼自助餐味道还可以，就是种类偏少，感觉稍微贵点。门口有大巴，去机场很方便。周围有地铁和公交，出行便捷。旁边有两个大超市，购物环境很好。

酒店地理位置很好，交通便利，附近有公交站和地铁站，离西安北站不远，到机场也有大巴。外出吃饭购物也很便利，周边有大型百货公司和超市，步行即可。酒店内部设施齐全，干净卫生，服务员很热情。一楼二楼用餐都很方便，做的味道也很好。房间里有无线，电视是智能的，可以上网。总体比较满意。
