客房服务员非常周到，我们住的是0658房间，客服💁贴心的为我们准备了酸梅汤，并留下了温馨的手写小卡片！服务人员都非常的热情，7月31日晚上九点多入住的时候，门口的小伙子非常热情，把我们的所有行李都送到了房间内！

酒店离地铁站和钟楼很近，地理位置相当好，服务员态度也非常好，特别是服务员郭蕊宁相当有耐心，给我们送了几次她们酒店自制的酸梅汤，酸梅汤好喝，服务更好，让我们对西安的印象特别好。

酒店设施可以，不过保养不行。洗手间淋浴门关不了，豪华房带窗和普通不带窗区别不大，因为窗是对内。

酒店位置很好，离钟鼓楼，回民街都很近，步行就可以到了。酒店大门不大，房间还是不错的，客房服务也很到位，卫生做的很细致，特别赞一下客服人员何红英，服务很周到，每天回来都有赠送酸梅汤，还热心借我们衣架。总体评价很好了😊
