位置好，离回民街、地铁、西安站都很近，房间略小，五一期间入住人很多，一早到了房间没有空出来的，但前台能够帮忙寄存行李，也帮我们协调了两个相邻的房间，下午两点前退房很方便，早晨也还可以，对于游客来说，性价比不错。

出行很便利，离钟楼、回民街超级近！客房部卫群涛、保洁王保龄，服务贴心。带着父母老婆孩子一大家子来西安游玩，计划在这住两天，接着去大雁塔附近办理入住，可货真价实的戴斯打动了我们每一位家人，在这里待足了六天！某日，我们一行从黄河壶口游玩归来已是晚上十一点，酸梅汤已按时准备妥当，可我需要向某厅提交业绩材料，卫姐义不容辞，把我的事当自己事来办，解了燃眉之急！有需求就有感人肺腑的服务，不时之间，卫姐又上门拎着口袋送来了矿泉水，每每王大姐当班，则是把必须的灭蚊器、卷纸等附加物品准备齐全，本职工作没的说，打扫收拾利索，打扫仔细，让随行的三个月婴儿感到温馨，让我们做父母的感到放心，让我的父母岳父岳母舒心。呼吁给咱卫姐加薪，呼吁请留住咱酒店的一宝～王大姐！
