说句实话，这是我住过最差的五星级酒店，所谓的五星，不仅仅是设施，更重要的是服务。一千多块钱一晚的标准间在西安也不算便宜，设施一般化，服务还这么差。到酒店以后，门口的保安直接把我们车指向地下停车场，到了停车场没有任何显示空位的标志和工作人员指引，抱着停车场绕了几个圈才找到停车位，然后我们就拎着大包小包的行李在地下停车场找电梯，上了电梯居然不是大厅，七拐八拐的终于找到了前台。带着孩子和老人出来玩，住五星级酒店就想有个舒适的环境，结果两间房两千多块钱就是这样的待遇。以后不会再来。

饭店好着呢，但是千万别在艺龙上开发票！！想开发票的最好选择其他APP 或者到店付！能把人折磨死，半个小时咨询小姐都没说明白到底怎么开！感觉套路就是一直让你更麻烦，麻烦到放弃开票！一个地址两份邮费，都不能人工到合并一单，如此大公司还是第一次见
