非常差的体验，房间设施比较旧，空调还是坏的，而且入住以后才被告知！最不可理喻的是办了叫醒服务，早上根本没叫，还狡辩说打电话了而且我还接了，一会又说电话串线，害我动车没赶上，而且前台丝毫无歉意！本来对西安印象挺好的，被这酒店给毁了，差！差！差！还有一点也要吐槽，酒店压根儿就没有早餐，这酒店没早餐这个服务，不知道之前的评论是怎么回事，还严选呢，请的水军吧！
