房间的淋浴头坏的，手持的淋浴头也时而有水时而没有，浴室的玻璃门坏了，浴室玻璃的帘子不行，有人上厕所可以看见。门的反锁的那个坏了。地面特别脏。房间在整个楼的中间，开了窗户只能看见楼道。就这些吧。位置一般。停车免费。

服务意识不强，服务水平不专业，居然出现因忘记在物业买电而长时间停电无热水情况，也没有主动给客户负责解释和承担责任的处理措施，夜班工作人员有不穿工作服装的业余人员，洗浴间花洒几个房间都是坏的，还有保洁人员顶撞顾客，说和工作无关的话。突发事件应急预案不切合实际，操作性不强，停电后整个安全通道无应急灯，无安全员。房间无酒店储物纸袋，服务台答复用完了，还没有补上。总之，在服务行业竞争激烈的时代，这样的整体质量的确亟待提高 。本人是出于对贵企业负责的态度，提出以上拙见，望谅解。15191377780

酒店真的超级差，在西安来说两百多也不算便宜了，可是酒店的设施基本都是坏的。床塌了一半，摇摇晃晃的，淋浴设施出不了水，漱口的水池的水一开始出了好多水锈，简直崩溃....这评价是怎么刷上去的，简直醉了。
