非常不错的一家酒店，服务态度可能是我住过的酒店里最好的，房间设施很有格调，酒店整体环境虽然不奢华但很舒服，位置也不错，出行方便。除了窗景不理想，其他无可挑剔。下次来还是会选择。

非常精致的酒店，市中心最好的地段，服务员态度超好，还给免费升级了房型，有投影可以看电影，超爽。个人感觉除了房间好以外，大堂后面的休闲茶吧最赞，可以免费吃各种水果、喝喝茶休息片刻，以后来西安还住这里。

恰逢十一国庆，又是钟楼的黄金位置，提前预定确定错了时间，到店里前台刘锦、王艳昭很仔细认真的帮我核对，最后告知我一定错了时间，并第一时间帮我确定了当天的房型可以说是帮了大忙了，出行入住，除了环境卫生，最看重的就是服务体验，所以整体入住很满意，服务贴心，设施一流，卫生整洁，出行更是方便。

酒店地处西安闹市区，距离钟楼鼓楼很近，观赏这两个景点很方便。一楼有休息吧厅，大热天转了一天到吧厅休息，吃吃消暑小食，暑意尽消。服务员很友好，老远就招呼致礼。以后有机会去西安打算再入住这家酒店。房间大小合适，内饰颜色偏沉稳。
