第一次入住，连续预定了三晚。环境比西安的喜来登要好，从前台、入住管家、到经理、清洁阿姨、甚至是保安服务非常到位。入住当天送糖水，出游回酒店已经准备好水果，入住免押金，酒店内24小时免费提供水果点心，这些都是意外惊喜。下次再来西安也还会选择美豪.丽致。特别要感谢武夫蜜和刘锦两位员工在入住期间带给我们一家贴心的服务。

酒店位置很好，就在鼓楼旁边，不远处就是回民街。前台服务员态度都很好，特别是陈琛和陈祈含两位服务员，态度和蔼亲切。酒店前台和小酒吧都有免费的小吃、水果和饮料，大人和小孩都很开心！

在西安钟楼附近，美豪丽致酒店算是一个档次很高的酒店，之所以每次出差入住这家酒店，因为服务很好，今天有点下雨出租车不能进来，我只能走过来，还带着一个超大行李箱，酒店保安看见了小跑过来帮我提着行李，到了酒店大堂，第一个帮我开门的就是武夫蜜，因为来的次数多了，就记住她的名字了，她人很好，很热情，最喜欢她的笑容了，还有陈祈含帮我办理的入住，酒店之所以客多再定，就是你们的服务态度，给客人留下了深刻印象，所以下次还会入住你们酒店。
