    酒店服务超棒，管家小玮人很好。提前联系问到达时间，并准备好房间。下午有水果下午茶，矿泉水在前台和楼梯间都备有很多，免费取用。进店就有人送上擦手巾和饮品。早餐品类很丰富，而且味道也很棒。酒店内见到工作人员都很礼貌主动问好，很亲切。酒店离长恨歌华清池走路很近。打车到兵马俑就15元左右，很方便。退房晚了一会也没关系，还送了打包好的零食水果在路上吃。

    酒店地理位置很好 离华清池很近 地铁也很近 交通便利 酒店小姐姐们的服务态度也非常非常好 一进门就热情的端上热饮和毛巾 晚上还有泡脚桶 真的非常贴心了 而且当天生日 在酒店订了餐 酒店特别贴心的布置好了一切 菜色香味俱全 可以说非常开心的一个生日了 这次选择最多的确定就输选择了这里 下次还来👻👻👻👻

    因为曾入住过鼓楼店印象不错，依旧选了美豪。酒店距骊山华清宫和地铁口很近，步行十几分钟就到。硬件设施和服务都很好，工作人员服务周到很热情，特别表扬客房部的柳晓娟，及时解决了房间设施使用遇到的问题。另外也谢谢当值的前台（忘了问妹妹名字啦( •̥́ ˍ •̀ू )）两位小姐姐及时化解本人因生理期意外的囧境，非常感谢！(*•̀ᴗ•́*)و ̑̑

    这家美豪酒店真的很不错，离华清宫大概十分钟的路程（步行），晚上看完演出回去也方便，打车到兵马俑二十块左右也不远，好像有公车半小时直达但我打车没去坐，酒店服务人员态度很好也很热情，还送了免费的水果和甜汤，房间虽然不大，但是干净卫生，住起来挺舒适的。如果下次带爸妈来西安还会选择这个酒店。性价比很高！

    看口碑好来的，10.1日到西安，前两晚住的美豪大雁塔店，服务热情，早餐厅很大菜品也很丰富，味道也好，第三晚住的美豪华清宫店，前台服务热情依旧，晚上11点多回来还送了米线和免费泡脚，送米线和送脚盆的大姐很友善，一直笑眯眯的。就是早餐和大雁塔店比差了很多，人多还要等位置，服务员在国庆节人多期间没多准备一些可折叠的独凳叠起来放旁边备用，临时到处抓椅子让客人等很久，虽然等的不是我，但临场反应还需加强。早餐服务也不怎么好，有个服务员妹妹踩我脚后的第一反应不是说“对不起”而是说“请你让开”，个别人服务培训还要加强。走路去华清宫很近。
