第一次入住
这家酒店，来前台办理入住整体让很舒服，酒店卫生很干净，服务很周到房间还有送干果，让人感觉到假家的温暖，退房时前台接待马方敏和王蕾面带微笑让人看起来很舒心，，有的时候还有送一个口香糖，酒店地理位置很好，出行很方便，离回民街钟鼓楼很近，是一家首选的酒店。

西安一直是我想去的地方，因为这有浓浓的文化底缊，这次春节放假终于了了心愿，在网上找酒店时颇费心思，对比了很多家后，终于选了南方酒店，第一，地理位置好，在钟鼓楼附近，本身就是景区。第二，离钟楼地铁站很近，附近还有公交车站，到其它景点玩很方便。最主要的是，酒店服务非常好，从前台到餐厅，特别是楼层负责的，有求必应。酒店每天送两瓶水，晚上还送小点心，早餐品种很多，性价比高。前台服务员王磊，领班赵霞，柳红丽服务特好，百问不厌，耐心细致，我住了这么多的酒店，很少遇到这么好的服务，老板，应该给她们加工资哈。
