差评，必须差评!
订的高级湖景标间，到了后给了我一单间大床。俩老爷们睡一张床，靠！找她们反映还说免费帮我升级的！骗鬼呀你们，没房间就没房间，哪儿那么多废话。
好不容易换了一标间，还告诉我们所有标间价格都一样，价格一样你们房间分那么清楚？网上价格都是骗人的！自己工作失误没留房间直接说好不好，大家都能理解。骗人就是态度问题了。
很不爽的一次住宿经历，前台那个经理给我印象太差了!

从来没觉得一个宾馆可以这样的无耻。
通过携程预订湖景标房，含早也900多了，可是去吃早餐，竟然被告知早餐只有1个小时（8：00-9：00），因为酒店内有会议，要候着会议团组的早餐时间。然后和前台和携程客服交涉，告知我们可以延后至9：30.第二天，和同事9：10 去餐厅，（餐厅在B1层，没有任何指示牌），进餐厅时就被黑脸的服务员告知早餐没了，我们理论了下，进去后，又被提醒说快拿吃的，一次拿够。当时，早餐的食物也基本上没有了，80[%]都空了或被撤走了。我们吃完残羹冷炙后，走出餐厅，又被要求签字，说我们房费里没含早，要收80元*2位，160元钱。
气呼呼地和餐厅服务员去前台查询，前台告知我们的房间含早了，78元/ 位，餐厅服务员一句道歉都没有。
这个所谓的国宾馆仗着自己的背景，一点都不提升服务，实在是太差了。

我觉得这里真的很好，有着中国古城般的传统设施，还有现代的绿化结构真的可以让人心旷神怡，在里面有一种古色古香的神韵，环境特别的好，而且特别优惠，服务也很好很热情，接人待物都很亲切，而且睡得也很好，空气也特别好，卫生也很干净，有一种古典中国的感觉，
