一星打给服务，这是第二次住了，态度极差，说好的会接机，大晚上十一点我到了跟我说没办法没车，让我自己走过去。然后告诉我第二天不送机。我说那我不来了，然后说那一定的钱不退。服务上，我一星都不想给。差评。
