服务好，给人感觉很亲切！免费接送北客站，且前台主动询问，这些都是很棒的地方。继续保持。不足之处是1⃣️房间太热，热到睡不着；2⃣️床上用品不太干净。其他方面，在这个价格，都是极好的。

大年初一带朋友家人孩子过西安旅行的。下高铁从打电话让接站到坐上车只用了五分钟！酒店前台办理入住全程笑盈盈的！酒店房间很大，干净卫生，空气干湿度也挺好，晚上住着很舒服！进市区坐地铁还送到地铁站，司机师傅服务超好！

以前酒店开业不长时间，就入住过，当时是西安中转临时入住一晚，吸引眼球的是酒店的免费车接车送。没想到入住后就被酒店的服务质量、管理效率、环境卫生所感动，以致于便成为西安入住的不二之选。早餐质量也不错，虽然数量有限，但皆精致可口。最关键的是酒店的接送车队工作人员，极有耐心，服务周到，随叫随走，没有任何借口，难能可贵的是从开业到现在一直坚持，非常的感动，并向酒店管理和经营团队表示最真挚的祝福！

离高铁站和地铁口很近，出行方便，酒店设施比较新。服务热情，暖心的是早起有专车送到高铁站，很好。

新酒店很干净，服务很到位，免费送到火车站，房间内没有任何收费的项目，配套很齐全，适合带孩子出游，距离西安北站很近，不过周围没什么玩的，适合过渡居住
