因为是春节期间的家庭自驾游，提前两个星期就在艺龙订了三个标间两晚，并生成了订单，预订时酒店要求入住当天6点之前到达酒店就会留房，并且当天酒店前台也打电话确认过，结果等我们下午五点到达酒店时确被前台告知没房了，而且还理直气壮的告诉我们去分店住才有房，明明是酒店排房出现问题违约了，前台人员和经理的态度却非常恶劣，总而言之选择这个酒店非常后悔，非常恼火，严重破坏了游玩的心情！

客栈各方面陈设都比较旧,房间隔音效果太差,卫生条件也一般.就是离钟楼回民街较近,步行十五分钟左右就能到.
