本来定的158的大床房，到了以后说没有房间了，只能加20住电脑房，房间卫生不好，设施老旧，水也不好，有很大的味道，根本不能喝，以后再也不回去了

先说不好，本来预定的大床房，到店后说没打扫出来，给开的标准间，价格都一样。位置很方便，在城里，也就是西安的一环，去城墙南门碑林小雁塔钟鼓楼回民街机场大巴站都很方便。屋子收拾的算是比较干净了，还准备了陕西旅行指南杂志，建议初次到西安的旅客入住后先翻阅规划行程，西安的出租车特别不好打，打车软件更白费。房间整体是明清风格的，有衣柜。有一次性拖鞋，浴室也准备了两双塑胶拖鞋。

离钟楼和火车站很近，酒店内部设施及装修很有feel，环境很好房间也很干净！！值得大家考虑！！！

预定了三间明清风格中式套，住了三天，总体来说还是可以的。酒店就在钟楼附近，大约10多分钟的路程，距离市区的景点交通都很方便。房间很超值，里外套件很宽敞，卫生也很好，屋子的隔音也还可以。套间每个楼层只有一间，，每一层的格局多少有些差异，9楼屋里有自动麻将桌，适合晚上娱乐。10楼的房间最大，适合带小孩的家庭。
唯一美中不足的是酒店前台的态度很差劲，自己店里搞的活动，宣传海报还贴在电梯里，前台各种胡搅蛮缠不承认，还好提前有拍下照片。好在经过调解给处理了，希望前台的态度能改进一下，那就更完美了。
