酒店位置很好，离钟楼、鼓楼、回民街都很近，而且到钟楼地铁站也只有200米的距离，出行很方便，酒店环境很好，服务也很好，房间很干净，看起来都很舒心，很舒服。

酒店位置不错，离钟楼、城墙和回民街都比较近.房间装修不算新，每个楼层有公共的洗衣机和挂烫机，这点很人性化！服务人员待客热情，特别客服周彩莲，主动帮忙清洁了行李箱和鞋子！总体来说我和朋友们都非常满意，值得推荐！

位置很好，虽然在巷子里，但出行方便，离地铁口很近，走路到钟鼓楼、回民街都不远。家庭房很适合家庭出游，但由于旺季，而且没有提前订，价格略高。还有就是没能按计划续住，只能改变行程，稍显遗憾，要是酒店能帮忙解决一下就好了
