在酒店定了2间房，一共6晚，14日当天到店后办理入住，由于住的天数较多在艺龙网定了好几种房型，前台工作人员出于好意给我统一了房间不用来回换房，在这要特别说的是:办理入住时承诺其中一个大床房有早餐，我说6晚的一起给我吗？工作人员说每天服务员会放在房间，早餐给了2天，第三天开始就没有了，我去向前台询问，工作人员说当天不是她上班让我去找当天当班的人员，当时已经晚上10点了，我要去为一张早餐券去打扰别人休息吗？后来来了一位工作人员道歉，并陈诺第二天一早上班去核实早餐的事情，会在九点左右给我答复，可是并没有任何人再来提这件事！酒店不履行承诺，严重失信，遇到问题互相推诿！这种没有诚信的酒店以后不会来入住！

这家酒店的位置真的很棒，去钟楼鼓楼古城墙回民街碑林都超级方便。离公交车站和地铁站也很近，出行非常方便。周围吃饭的地方也很多，值得一提的是酒店的早餐也不错，二楼餐厅的菜味道也好，我们玩累了回酒店连着两晚都在二楼餐厅吃的晚餐。酒店还每天提供免费的冰峰矿泉水和苹果，还有暖心小纸条，住的三晚非常开心。

秦唐一号酒店位置闹中取静，就在钟楼地铁站三分钟的路程内，出行非常便利。酒店服务非常人性化，会每天配送苹果和汽水尝鲜。服务员王桂荣服务耐心细致，特别值得点赞，入住体验很好，以后有机会会再来！
