这次酒店选的太好了，距离钟鼓楼，回民街，粉巷都很方便，附近美食太多了。酒店也很干净，服务员很贴心，特别表扬王桂荣，细心极了。

位置挺好的，去哪都方便，出门就是一条步行街，吃啥都很方便。酒店的环境不错，很好找，服务人员都很热情，每天都有新鲜的苹果和矿泉水。保洁人员很好，很负责，重点表扬任利利，不仅打扫的很干净，还帮我们叠了衣服，还帮我洗了袜子，真心非常感谢了！还有张小转，都很不错，服务的很棒。前台的小洋也很好。我们一行4人住了4晚，感觉都很好，会推荐的！西安人民很热情，真心谢谢了！

酒店位置很方便，离市区景点都很方便，钟鼓楼、回民街、南城墙、书院街走路15分钟;交通方便，地铁二号步行10分钟就到;闹中取静，周边吃的很多，除回民街，旁边还有一个美食城，去粉巷吃当地特色也近。对我来说重要是房间卫生还不错，服务细致贴心，小朋友换的袜子还帮忙洗了，感谢！宾至如归，全家度过了一个愉快的春节！早餐品类还多但每天同样，建议有所变化。

酒店位置可以 就是前台女的服务不好 办理入住时女的说话生硬 让人受不了 我干了那么多年酒店 头一次碰到这样的 应该好好培训 真服了 下次去西安 再也不去这个酒店了
