酒店服务态度极差，没素质，早上9.30分叫打扫卫生，12点都没来，有些你要住就住，不住请走，作为服务行业不该是这样的，西安酒店多了去，顾客一个晚上就看透，个人认为还是自身服务水平有待提高，酒店设施还行，地理位置有些偏僻，

酒店服务很热情，提前打了电话可以免费接机，一车凑了6个人都是沿途酒店的.
位置是在老的电信一条街里，不算偏，但晚上回来晚的话还是有点担心安全，周围是老居民楼，所以第一晚不知道是谁的电动车报警响了，还时不时的有开关锁的声音，被吵醒好几次
酒店很干净，打车听司机讲最近一年西安游客聚增，好多酒店都爆满，所以说这个价格在当下很划算了，性价比也比较高，离钟鼓楼回民街这些游客常去的地方都很近，不爱走路的话骑个单车方便快捷又省钱
