酒店地点很好，卫生很干净，前台服务态度也很好。离钟鼓楼非常近，周围吃饭的地方也很多，尤其有家胡辣汤很好喝，大家都可以去尝尝。总体非常好。

酒店离钟楼很近，步行几分钟就到了，酒店设施还不错，免费提供矿泉水，还有欢迎小零食，前台的小哥哥小姐姐服务态度也很好，给出了很好的出行计划

酒店位置还是不错，赶车到哪都挺方便，离西华门公交站比较近！酒店在巷子里面，所以相对安静，但是走出来稍微有点远。酒店其他设施一般！

酒店在一个角落里，设施环境一般吧，我是看到推荐说是top10才选的，以这个标准看，很失望。感觉前台人手不足啊，经常是一个人忙得不可开交。不过能寄圆通快递，这点倒是挺好的。
