酒店中央空调居然没有冷风 打电话问客房服务 说空调还没开放 而且窗户旁边不知道是什么楼房 完全挡住风 很闷 其他还好 毕竟假期房间紧张 交通很便利 其他还好

前台服务态度很冷淡，办理入住时好长时间直接就是没人搭理，酒店是服务行业，服务是最基本的，可是酒店的前台人员都一副很高傲的样子，对客人一副视而不见的态度，而且卫生间下水道不下水，酒店设施环境都挺优雅的，就是前台的服务态度让人很难做回头客，希望管理人员加强管理吧。

在美院隔壁，就是美院的酒店吧，装修风格属于简约格调，进进出出的都是美术师生，离要去的地方很近，方便，就是离地铁口远了一点儿
