家人在肿瘤医院住院 就近选择的宾馆 说是预订的艺龙上的价格太低 不能入住 费又不能退 我艺龙客服电话打了几十遍 没有人接 生生让我们在大厅等了一个多小时 小孩子又累又困 等办好了手续入住已经快半夜十二点了 房间冷的要死 空调开了一晚上还是十九度 还有不知道是蚊子还是什么虫子 一晚上给孩子咬了十几个大包！不过房间看起来倒是干净整洁的
