扶老携幼来旅游，从停车场开始就享受到很好的服务，有礼有答还有微笑。前台的Carina看到我们一大家子人，热心的为我们提供服务，帮忙询问餐厅定位，还特别贴心的为我们安排了联通房间，这下老人孩子都能一起照顾到了。谢谢你，Carina！房间也很不错，整洁舒适。有机会会再来！

温泉设施不如以前去的时候感觉好，但是虽然满房了，工作人员依然态度特别好，积极的引导大家排队，办理入住和退房，和爸妈住的，他俩说早餐特别棒！来逛华清宫灯会和奥莱住这里太合适了。

带家人一起去的，酒店人比较多，不过秩序良好，前台和房间的服务非常好，因为有老人孩子，专门给安排了最近的房间，因为人多，房间打扫的有点慢，先给了一个房间，其它房间都是打扫完了直接把房卡送过来了。非常赞。遗憾的是订房间时没有注明不含温泉，所以温泉需要另外买票。不过总体来说是满意的，早餐人比较多，品种也丰富，大人孩子都吃的很开心。

非常舒适的酒店，服务很热情很到位，房间设施也很齐全，离兵马俑很近，酒店对面就是奥特莱斯，非常方便，下次来西安还住悦椿。
