酒店服务人员诚信有问题，房间空调坏掉了，也不直接说我们房间的空调坏了，骗我们说整栋楼都没有冷气出入。房间温度27 ，晚上让我们开着窗睡觉。结果第二天退房问了一下前台，前台并没有说冷气坏了！骗人！

一直选择住这个酒店，因为离地铁口近，带孩子出门方便。这次房间太吵孩子睡不着第二天换房间，前台答应换了，说要等到两点，结果十分钟就打电话说换好了，一会又打，因为东西没收拾好，服务员又来催促我们说是让我砍房间。我想着换的房间在对面就没换睡衣，结果打扫卫生的服务员催我们看房不给我们开门，让我们自己去前台，我气坏了。不给开门你来催什么，最后等到前台来人开门，我终于感冒。前台还不错，就是催的急，打扫卫生的就过分了，敲门催促又不给开门，什么意思啊。
