酒店干净卫生，地理环境好，处于市中心。酒店人员服务态度很好，当时开车去西安乘飞机，酒店服务人员热心把车存在后院里，而且免费。在这里住过好多次了，所有工作人员都很敬业，下次还来住。

酒店房间装修太老，要是客人晚上到西安的话找起来不好找，在小路里面。还不如住马路对面的中环酒店呢，
